There is two “main” methods brah:

  • Dirty bulking: When you don’t count your calories intake and don’t limit yourself to a number of calories intake. Therefore you will have an important fat gain. (not recommended)
  • Clean bulking: You want to minimize fat storage and obtain a lean mass gain. (recommended)
